Terms and Conditions

• Professional fee / comission will be paid as per the rate as decided by Lancor Holdings Limited from time to time after registration of the booked plot,
  subject to deduction of TDS.
• Payout will be paid within 45 days from the date of registration.
• In case of cancellation by the Purchaser for any reason, payout will not be paid by the management.
• (Enclosed: Aadhar copy, PAN copy, cancelled cheque, and RERA certificate are available.)
